Julie Wemple Julie's experience in manufacturing and technology was earned through 15 years experience at General Electric. She was trained and certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt by Dr. Mikel Harry in 1995. Julie has trained more than 150 black belts as well as GE Lighting's entire global engineering staff in the Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma methodologies.She has led deloyments at major corporations such as Dow, DuPont, Ford, Merck, Burlington Industries and many others. Julie has been consulting on Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma since 1997. Kempton Smith Kemp's vast experience in manufacturing and technology was earned through 30 years of experience at General Electric. He was trained as a Six Sigma Champion and Master Black Belt by Dr. Mikel Harry in 1995. In addition to deploying Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma at GE, Kemp has enabled major deployments at Seagate Technology, DuPont, Ford, Merck, Dow Chemical and others. Kemp has been consulting on Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma since 1997. Debra Higgins Deb's professional career has spanned operations and quality during her 21 years of corporate experience...at Unisys, Hutchinson Technology and Seagate Technology. Trained as a Master Black Belt by the Six Sigma Academy in 1999, Deb was a member of the team that led a very successful deployment at Seagate. Her focus was on the service and manufacturing side of the business. At Seagate, Debra was the Six Sigma leader of the largest divison and led her team to such results as Division of the Year and Outstanding Financial Performer. She has extensive experience working in the Far East including Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.  Deb has been consulting on Six Sigma since 2002. Steve Gunther Steve's experiences range over 23 years, 14 with IBM in engineering, quality and business development and 9 with Seagate Technology in quality, engineering and operations. Responsible for driving the deployment of Six Sigma across Seagate's enterprise, dramatic improvements were experienced in all areas of the business with over $600M in savings generated during his term of leadership.
